THEY WONT GIVE ME MY XBOX 360 KINECT THAT I WON. THEY SAID IT WASNT IN THE CATEGORY. THEY SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE IN THE KINDLE, WII CATEGORY. IT WAS THERE! IWON IT AND WON’T GIVE IT TO ME. I WON SOMETHING IN NOVEMBER AND STILL IN PROCESS. PROCESS SUPPOSE TO BE 10 DAYS AND NOW THEY SAID IT WAS CHANGE TO 20 DAYS.
I just want to know if anyone received their items. I have been waiting almost 15 business days. First wavee.com said 10 business days to process, then 2-4 days to ship. It has been 11 days to process, so I called and the lady said now it will take 15 days to process. It also sounded like the same lady. Now, have you ever gotten the same person twice when calling a companys customer service???
I have been following wavee.com for a few hours trying to decide if i should sign up. Finally i decided to give it a shot and started to register. When it asks for your c.c. info, i thought that was fishy so i checked first and it does say under the terms of service that you will be charged $179. I closed out and thankfully I did. It looked to good to be true and it is. Please read all the info before giving out your c.c.
I ordered a DVD on December 5th of 2010 and expected the DVD in two weeks. After two weeks and no DVD I called customer service and was told it takes TWENTY-ONE DAYS before shipping a product. It has now been a month or thirty-one days an I still have not seen the DVD. Not only that but it still says that it is processing on their website which to me means it has not been shipped. I know it is only a DVD but if this is any indication with how long it takes to recieve any products NEVER AGAIN will I order from Wavee.com.
Hi I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a gift card that is 25 and seem that it going to cost 80. I made a mistake so I call about the order. I order 1 time for the same thing when I should charge 2 timeThe person said that some would call me and has over a week that no call. I would not do any more bid with this company.

I won the item on 12/1/2010 and the item is still proceccing. I called wavee on 12/17/2010 and customer service said they will ship out before X’mas. I waited until 12/20/2010 and called 2nd time. This time the customer service said “you will not receive by X’mas. You will receive your item 1st week of January”. Today is 1/8/2011 and item is still proceccing. I have been sending 5 emails to wavee, but never got respond. This is the WORST purchase in my life.
I would like to know if someone received item from them.
I won an Apple TV on Nov 22nd and still have not received anything I have called a half dozen times. They keep telling me they are behind from Christmas and that its coming. If I where you I would stay away from Wavee…
Beware of this site! I thought I’d take advantage of the “bid to buy” feature, and worst case scenario, buy the items I really wanted anyway. I “won/ordered” two items on 12/5, and here it is 1/19 with still no information! Customer service is TERRIBLE as well. After no email response for 3 weeks and finally getting in touch with a phone representative, I was just told that the item had “probably shipped”, though no shipment confirmation could be provided, and to call back in a few days if I still don’t have it.
I decided to sign up for this sight, but what I did not see in their “rules”, was that I would be charged $75.00 just for signing up. I have them on the phone now, trying to get them to remove it from my card. They better take me seriously, as I have already contacted my bank, and was told to get back to them tomorrow, to resolve this issue. BEWARE!!!!

As a result, and in keeping with Section 14 of our Terms and Conditions, we have decided to void the affected auctions. Upon logging-in to your account, you will see the credits used in the voided auctions added back to your account. If you were an auction winner, you have been refunded the full auction ending prices. In addition, all bid-to-buy transactions will be reversed.

I just received the same type of letter that Kerry did. I apparently will never receive the items I won. Extremely disappointed!
After waiting 2 months for the two items we won and shipping dates being delayed twice they voided our orders due to ” technical difficulties” that they could not give me any details on. They refunded any credits we used but I am confident that if we were to win any more auctions we would never see the items.

I have bid on Wavee several different times over past 8 months or so. Yes, customer servic is pitiful as far as gett letters answered. I have never called. They are way too slow shipping, a common complaint. However I have always gotten my winnings eventually, never b een ripped off. Think I’ve won roughly 5 or 6 items, besides bid packs. Right now I’m using cordless keyboard and mouse I won, love both, never had cordless before.
WAVEE- After $200 spent on bidding and over 12 hours of my time dedicated bidding. I finally won an item 1/8/11. I won a ice cream machine that I didnt really want. I just wanted to win something a spend the points I bought so I could be done with the site. I still have not recieved my product or a reply to my messages to customer service. Site requires to much time. You can be stuck for hours trying to win a product and you can not walk away. After spending tons of money on every bid once you win none of that money goes towards you product. You must still pay. I spend $200 in bidding. Thats $200 for the opportunity to win. I could have just out right paid for the item and saved money and time.
this site SUCKS. dont even waste your 1 cent. they are not worth it and have THE WORST cust. service, which is non-existent.

Wavee US LLC is an unlicensed gambling site and not an auction site! They’ve charged me $89 just for registering. I AM OUTRAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware they are a fraudulent company! Go to the BBB web site and file a complaint as I just did. http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/ Where it asks for business name, enter Wavee US, LLC . If everybody who was ripped off did that, maybe their web site will be shut down. Couple of days ago I wanted to check out Wavee.com penny auction site so I went ahead and registered with them. Filled out their form entering my name, address and also credit card number. I wasn’t surprised that they’ve asked for my cc number, I thought they will need it when/if I’ll buy / win something from their site. Next thing I know is that my visa was charged for $89.00 without any order taking place, without any verification or approval. I did not order nor purchased anything, all I did was clicked the “Continue” button on their site after registering. They’ve charged me $89 just for registering because I am 1000% sure I DID NOT PURCHASE anything from their site. They refuse to refund me the $89. Now (when it’s too late) I am checking out their reviews on the net and hundreds of people are complaining that the same happened to them too. This is a ripoff, this is a criminal act, this is FRAUD and should be punished. After I’ve sent them an email they are offering a 50% refund (as they do to everybody else as I’ve read on the internet). I will contact the FBI, their local Attorney General’s Office, their local Governor and will also file criminal charges against them. Everybody should contact the above authorities and try everything in our power to shut this fraudulent company down. I am really pissed!!!!!!

I wish I had read these complaints before I bought paid for an I pod. all I ever got was a conformation of my purchase and a charge to my bank account.
My bank has been investigate Wawvee frauds with no success.

Hi everybody. I signed up for an account over the weekend just to see how this whole penny auction system worked. I never saw any notice that I would be billed as other have reported, and was charged $79.00.
After at least a dozen requests for a refund I was told each time that the credits I paid for were non-refundable, no exceptions.
Left with no good options I decided to flood their support system and email accounts with requests for refunds. So I finally just got my refund after sending ~300 emails and support tickets to them. Give it a shot. It only took me a couple hours to send all those messages.
Here’s how to do it: go to http://wavee.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new and fill out the form and hit the submit button. This will create a support ticket in their system that they will have to deal with, one at a time. Very annoying. Just keep sending them.
I then also sent about 300 refund request emails to the following addresses: support@wavee.com, Wavee Sales , info@wavee.com, support@wavee.zendesk.com.
You can do this quickly by sending a message. Then go to your sent items, find the message you just sent and hit “reply all”, and hit send. Repeat as much as you want.
It worked for me. It might work for you.

I was scammed by Wavee auctions but I did not take it lying down. So far, they say I’ll recover $71.50 of my $75.00 & I will get my other $3.50 out of them. This is about principle @ this point. This is a SCAM.
I consider myself a careful consumer when it comes to using my debit card on line. But on 3/01/11, I was surfing the web & came across Wavee. The site was intriguing. It shows a lot of endorsements, from the BBB, ABC, NBC, BusinessWeek, Channel 11 news (I’m working w/Val on this matter) & they even boost, winning an award from the Technology Associate of Georgia, Top Ten Innovative Technology Companies Award. So I wanted more information. To get further information, the site asks for a card number, I looked around the page & saw nothing stating my card would be charged @ this point, so I put my card info in. Then BAM!!! I see they charged me $75.00, WHAT???? I immediately called Wavee & told them what happened. Their response, too bad for you, we will not refund you your money. And now you can’t reach anyone @ their posted & non posted phone numbers. So I called my bank, Wells Fargo. They’ll help me w/ this, right? Long story there too, but that’s a different rant. The short story, no, they won’t. But I did not give up there. I have contacted Channel 11 & other authors of positive articles concerning Wavee & asked them, if they are aware that Wavee has turned out to be nothing but a scam? Most are, & they offered to try & help me. I also went to their Facebook page & started posting, & they started deleting my post & soon blocked me. Because, when I saw what they were doing, I started pasting my post over & over. I then starting posting & pasting under my puppies account, & we did the above all over again. We played cat & mouse for quite a while.
I received an email @ 8:00 a.m. the next morning & a phone call around 1:00 p.m. the next day telling me, I would be receiving a refund within 4 business days w/ a confirmation number. Today is the 4th day & I have not received it as of yet, but I won’t stop until I do. I also want to get the word out about Wavee & the scam they are running. These guys are straight up CROOKS. I don’t want them getting to our seniors or you.

I won an item in 12-27 here it is July and still have not recieved a product have written on there web site and was told that the item I won was very popular and they were having a hard time getting them. they were still selling them on their site you would think if they couldn’t fill an order form Dec. you might want to quit selling an item till you can catch up on the one’s they have already sold.Now for quite a while you could not get on there web site to ask about the product you won. They have made a lot of money out of ripping people off when they take your money for shipping for a product they have not even shipped

A year ago a purchased from wavee and haven’t received anything so far. They’ve promised delivery by 8-15 and nothing yet. It’s very upseting about this co. Everything they promise is a lie. I’m still waiting on my TV and nothing. I hope I get my stuff soon. I wish I can contact someone directly and give a piece of my mind.
