Beware, this site has ghost bidders. Tracked a couple of bidders that bid $300.00 over value of the gun and bid me out.

So, is there any regulation/law against ghost bidding? If not, there should be because it’s almost certainly done by the website in an effort to bump up sale prices.

This is a legitimate penny gun auction website and very fair. I’ve won many firearms on this website at astoundingly low prices. For those who don’t win, the Buy-It-Now option credits each non-winner $.50 for every bid placed toward the purchase of the firearm. One can’t be naïve as this is a form of gambling, but at least all non-winners can still walk away with a prize in hand. I’m not aware of any “ghost bidders” as stated in previous comments. The website does have several regulars who will bid up auctions to establish or maintain a “shark” reputation to keep others from bidding against them in future auctions. This seems to work as many of these regulars will win their limit every month. The website provides a complete history of all auctions won, so it’s easy to track the activity of the “regulars.”

Stay away from this site. It is not a reputable company. No scruples. You will lose all your money. The ghost bidder comment is true. There are several. You can spend 1,000 bids, but it doesn’t matter. The ghost will bid you up. Bad, bad, bad.
